Create a Digital Home Record
If you are a homeowner who is interested in becoming a paid subscriber, then a Bundl Home Pro will come to your home and create your digital home record in the Bundl Home app in order to make recommendations for recurring monthly services and services you might need in the future and create your subscription quote. If you are not a paid subscriber, you can access your digital home record in the app and add details about various parts of your home so you always have your home's information at your fingertips. The parts of your home are broken down into the following categories in the app:
- Whole home
- Rooms
- Mechanical
- Lawn
- Pedestrian
- Building
- Outdoor living
Manage Your Home Maintenance Services
Bundl Home subscribers can view upcoming and past services, schedule services, and cancel / reschedule services in the app. DIY users can contact Bundl Home through the app when they want to purchase services. Service management functionality in the app includes:

Create a To-Do List for Your Handyperson
Bundl Home subscribers can create a prioritized to-do list for their handyperson in the app. As a subscriber comes across items in their home that they would like their handyperson to do, they can add details and prioritize them in the app.
Bundl Home Subscriptions
Getting started with a Bundl Home subscription is simple and straight-forward. First, a homeowner chooses a Bundl Home subscription that fits their needs and contacts Bundl Home to get started. Second, we schedule a short phone call with the homeowner to better understand their service needs, capture relevant information about their home, and schedule a time to come to their home to create their digital home record in the app. Third, a Bundl Home Pro will go to the home to create the digital home record and then generate a personalized quote for the subscription. Fourth, the homeowner pays for the first month of their subscription and then service is available to begin as of the 1st of the following month in which the homeowner subscribes. All Bundl Home subscriptions require a 12 month commitment.
