How do I prepare my home for your visit?

For our team to work most efficiently, we request your home to be clutter-free.
We also don't want that to be a burden on you. If you need to keep some stuff out, our team will do their best to work around it.
For recurring service customers, we may be able to help with a custom solution for decluttering, laundry folding, dishes or other needs after our crew learns your home. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

You may pay by check, ACH or credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Auto-pay is free and available with credit card payments. 

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We carry commercial liability insurance in case of major damage, auto coverage on all vehicles and Worker’s Compensation insurance for all of our team members.

How far in advance do I have to call to reschedule a house cleaning visit?

The more notice, the merrier!
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance.
A service fee will be assessed if cancellation is not received before 24 hrs of your scheduled visit.

What is the difference between a Healthy Home Checkup and a Home Assure Checkup?

The two checkups help maximize the performance, safety and functionality of your home.
The Healthy Home Checkup is scheduled once a year and focuses on inspecting and assessing fixtures, toilets, faucets, vents, filters, drains, kitchen appliance connections, fans, doors and more. the kitchen, bathroom utility areas, and all rooms.
The Home Assure Checkup is conducted once a year or as needed and it prioritizes functional aspects like fire extinguishers, outlets, pinch points, detectors, burners, vents, and alarms.
Both checkups aim to proactively identify issues and ensures your home remains a healthy and comfortable living environment. You will receive a digital visit report by email after each checkup.

What are the benefits of the Healthy Home Checkup?

The Healthy Home Checkup is a comprehensive annual inspection that helps identify potential issues and ensures the overall health and functionality of your home. By conducting thorough assessments of key areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, utility areas, and all rooms, we can catch minor problems before they become major concerns, saving you time, money, and potential headaches.

How long does a maintenance service bundle take?

The duration of the Maintenance Cleaning, Healthy Home Checkup and Home Assure Checkup can vary depending on the size and complexity of your home.
Typically, it takes from an hour to a half-day for our experienced professionals to perform each service bundle.
Rest assured, our team works efficiently without compromising the quality of the service.


What is a gutter cleaning?

We will remove debris, sticks, and leaves from gutters and downspouts, and check connection points and spouts.

What is included in a window cleaning?

We know what a high-quality job looks like. For our standard service, we clean not only the interior and exterior glass, but also the exterior frame and ledge, window screens and the interior track and sill. Don't get caught by surprise when those are all hidden add-ons elsewhere. 

An exterior-only window cleaning visit cleans all exterior panes of glass on the home, the ledge and frame. 

Storm windows can be removed and stored or cleaned and replaced in addition to the original windows.

What is included in a house cleaning visit?

We will:
Vacuum and mop all floors
Dust pictures, shelving, ceiling fans, and light fixtures within step stool reach
Scrub, clean and sanitize toilets, bathtubs, showers, faucets, sinks and counter tops
Dust and spot clean bathroom and kitchen cabinet fronts and backsplash. Clean mirrors
Wash and sanitize kitchen sink, faucet, and counter tops
Clean dishwasher, oven and refrigerator doors, inside and outside of microwave, and stove top including any grates

What is a powerwashing?

Powerwashing removes built up dirt, grime, and mildew from the exterior of the home, walkways, and driveway. Roof cleaning is available as a separate add-on service as well.
Your quote will detail the areas to be cleaned.

Do you do an initial deep clean?

When you choose to use our ongoing services, we will perform a deep cleaning in our first visit unless you notify us otherwise. This ensures that your residence is thoroughly cleaned and visits thereafter are to maintain that level of cleanliness. 

How much does an initial deep cleaning cost?

The price to clean your home is based on many factors: the size of your home, the frequency for cleaning, numbers of pets, and/or people living in the house, different levels of clutter, and different surfaces. An initial deep cleaning may be 1.5-2.5x the cost of a regular recurring cleaning.

How much does a recurring cleaning cost?

Once we visit your residence to understand your cleaning needs and your unique home, we can give you an estimate on costs.
We don't like to toss numbers around. We want to deliver high-quality service and be your partner in caring for your home.

Will the same team clean my house on all visits?

For superior customer service, we believe it is important for our team to get to know you so they can best respond to your particular needs. Thus, we strive to send you the same team each and every time we visit.
Changes due to holidays or employee time off needs may result in a temporary change. In those cases, our crew leaders review all of the notes we have on your home prior to your service. 

What cleaning supplies/tools do I need to have on hand?

Our team will have everything they need to clean with them, you do not need to worry about supplies. We are happy to use your supplies or a special product that you request, however, we will not be responsible for any damage or liability that results from using your supplies or special products.

Do you sanitize your cleaning rags before each use?

Each cloth used in your home has been thoroughly washed and disinfected to ensure cleanliness.
We use dedicated cloths for bathrooms, kitchens and general dusting/cleaning.
